FAQ Section: How To Send Your Files

  • The MGX Copy Uploader is shown to you after you have added an item to the cart. When you have picked out your print with the instant quoter, the next step is upload. You can also access the upload by clicking the "Update Files" link in your shopping cart.

    To begin your upload on the page, click on the "Upload Files" Button in the top right. If this button does not show up, please make sure Flash is enabled. We use a Flash uploader because Flash is what allows us to update you on the progress of your uploader. If it does not show up, then some other part of the browser is prohibiting the upload.

    If that is the case, you can send us your file at Service@MGXCopy.com.

  • We do not allow DVD/CD data to be sent through our uploader, due to the typical size of the upload and the limitations of creating an uploader in the browser. Please feel free to send us your Disc Print design, your Trays, Inserts, and Wraps through the uploader though.

    To send us your DVD/CD data, we ask that you mail it to our facilities. Or, if you are in the Southern California area, feel free to drop it off at our offices at the same address. If you already have the file hosted online somewhere, please feel free to send us the link through the comments box in the checkout.

  • If you wish to place your order, and email us the files, please place your order and then email us the files at Service@MGXCopy.com. You should indicate in your check out what files you have emailed to us.

    The most common problem people have with our uploader is if they have Flash disabled, or when they try to upload a large file.
