San Diego clients have the unique benefit of saving time and money on shipping. Customers who order over the phone or online can pick up their orders as soon as they are complete.
How to order for pickup
To get an order for pickup in San Diego, you can either place your order online (recommended), or you can phone in your order if you want further assistance.
Before you come in, please note that are structured differently than local copy shops. We welcome all our San Diego visitors, but our printing is typically ordered online or over the phone. Your orders will have turnaround times based on the priority of your order. Most of our walk-ins opt to choose our longer turnaround times (1-2 days for color copies). Same-day orders are entered into the system as urgent & high priority orders.
When can I pick up?
If you ordered online, the receipt that was emailed to you has the date and time when you can pick up. For phone orders, you have generally arranged for the pickup time with your service representative.
Email/call our Service Department to check when you can pick up. Pickup orders by default are ready at 4pm on the date specified.
Where can I pick up?
You can pick up in our Poway facility (in the middle of San Diego county), off the I-15, east on the Scripps Poway exit during our business hours.

Order Remotely First
If you would like to walk in for immediate printing, we ask that you keep in mind that our San Diego facilities are not structured to provide that service. We keep our presses fully occupied, so new orders must wait in line for their time, based on how much you prioritize them.

Different Turnaround Times, Different Prices
Our systems categorize our orders with different turnaround times to help schedule orders with different priorities. Clients needing rush turnarounds receive priority print queue (without affecting other orders' turnarounds).
We ask that all San Diego clients keep that in mind. If you need your prints right away for a walk-in service, orders get entered in our system as ordering a service with the highest of priorities.
Most walk-in clients opt to get their order printed in the standard turnaround time.
