- How do I send my DVD data to MGX Copy?
Due to the typical size of discs, we prefer that you use mail service to send us your data. If you are in the Southern California area, you can drop off your data and we can produce the discs for you.
Our uploader is not designed for large data uploads that discs typically require. However, if your data is already hosted online somewhere, feel free to send us a link or instructions on how to retrieve it.
- What are DVD Wraps & Inserts?
DVD Wraps & DVD Inserts are prints can be added to your DVD cases. Wraps refer to the printing that wrap around the outside of a DVD case. Inserts refer to the slips that are inserted into the inside cover of the case.
- Can I upload my DVD print, wraps, and inserts through the uploader?
Yes, you can upload the prints through the uploader. We just do not allow DVD data to be uploaded due to the size of the disc.
Design Specifications
- File Format: .PDF (Preferred), .DOC, .JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, .TIFF, .AI, .PSD, .PUB, .PPT.
- Resolution: 300 DPI.
- Color Space: We prefer CMYK (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/blacK). If you use RGB, the colors on the print may turn out, in some cases, different than what you're expecting. Learn more >
- Dimensions: The surface of our printable DVD's are 4 5/8" in diameter
- Fonts: Please flatten your documents before sending your file. If you use a special font which our system can not recognize, the document will replace your font with another font in our system.
