- How do I send my CD data to MGX Copy?
Due to the typical size of discs, we prefer that you use mail service to send us your data. If you are in the Southern California area, you can drop off your data and we can produce the discs for you.
Our uploader is not designed for large data uploads that discs typically require. However, if your data is already hosted online somewhere, feel free to send us a link or instructions on how to retrieve it.
- What are Tray Cards & Inserts?
Tray cards refer to the prints behind the transparent front of the jewel case. Inserts are the small booklets that you see when you open up the case.
- Can I upload CDDVD print, wraps, and inserts through the uploader?
Yes, you can upload the prints through the uploader. We just do not allow CD data to be uploaded due to the size of the disc.
Design Specifications
- File Format: .PDF (Preferred), .DOC, .JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, .TIFF, .AI, .PSD, .PUB, .PPT.
- Resolution: 300 DPI.
- Color Space: We prefer CMYK (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/blacK). If you use RGB, the colors on the print may turn out, in some cases, different than what you're expecting. Learn more >
- Dimensions: The surface of our printable CD's are 4 5/8" in diameter
- Fonts: Please flatten your documents before sending your file. If you use a special font which our system can not recognize, the document will replace your font with another font in our system.
